A strong brand is invaluable, especially as the gig economy continues to grow and competition in the workforce and workplace become fierce. Not to mention navigating the constant bombardment of distractions and noise.

I am staunch proponent of having and owning a personal brand. Owning your personal brand puts you in control of your narrative. It is a representation of what you stand for, a presentation of who you are professionally and personally, and it is your message to tell and share.
